Refund & Return Policy
We strive to deliver the best quality products. However, returns and refunds are only accepted in the following cases:

If the wrong product is delivered.

If the product is damaged during delivery.
Refund Conditions:
A full refund will be issued in the above cases.

An unpacking video without pause or cuts is mandatory for any complaints. The video must clearly show the damage at the time of opening.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, with tags intact, and in original packaging.

Products damaged, altered, or used by the customer are not eligible for returns.
2. Return Process

- Once approved, the product must be shipped back to us at the provided address.
3. Refunds
After inspection, eligible refunds will be credited within 7–10 business days to the original payment method or as store credit.
Please Note:

No return on the basis of quality perception, as it differs from person to person.

Slight colour variations may occur due to photography, lighting, or screen resolution. These will not be considered defects.

In handloom sarees, small thread pulls, minor zari cuts, or slight misprints are common and not treated as damages.

Irregularities or unevenness in weave and patterns in handloom or fancy work sarees are natural outcomes of handmade processes and not defects.

We do not provide a colour guarantee.
